- Attendance/Student Body Reporting

The Attendance/Student Body Reporting section is responsible for compiling all school site attendance data as a single reporting unit for transmitting attendance data to the state at three critical reporting periods (P1, P2 and annual). It is crucial for the staff to work closely with school site personnel to insure the data we transmit to the state is accurate since over 80% of our funding is received from attendance driven formulas.

This section also handles the coordination of reporting Student Body (ASB/USB) financial activity to the Board of Trustees each month and serves as a resource to school site personnel for proper procedures for ASB/USB transactions.
