School Year 2024-25

Enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The enrollment contract will be in effect for the 2024-25 school year only. A minimum enrollment of two (2) weeks is required. Enrollment is open to any child, providing:

 

  • The child can independently care for their own toileting needs (Fun Club).
  • Children 3 years and older must be fully potty trained for enrollment/continued enrollment (Preschool).
  • The child will benefit from the program and the facility is able to meet the individual needs of the child.
  • The child must be enrolled in the same school where they attend Fun Club/Teen Scene.
  • Children and parents will follow all Program, school, and district policies and procedures.

 

HOURS OF OPERATION:

 
  • Preschool will open at  6:30 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m.
  • Fun Club Programs will open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m.
  • Teen Scene Programs will close at 6:00 p.m.

  1. Pre-register online: Submit an online pre-registration form (one form per child). The form will indicate Waiting List once an enrollment type is full. If you would like to add your child to a waiting list, please complete the appropriate form below.
    1. Pre-Registration for Walnut Valley Preschool
    2. Pre-Registration for Fun Club/Teen Scene (TK-8th grade)
  2. If space is available, the Child Care Office will reach out via email with instructions on the next steps of your online registration. The Child Care Office will only contact you if space is available.
  3. Complete registration in Eleyo (online portal), provide any necessary documents, and remit payment within five (5) calendar days. An email confirmation will be sent when your enrollment contract is accepted.
  • ELO-P: April 1-5 at 9:00am
  • Returning families: April 8-9 at 9:00am
  • New families: April 10 at 9:00am

 

A $50 registration fee (non-refundable and non-transferable) will be collected at the time of enrollment.
