The City of Diamond Bar is updating its General Plan and is seeking your input! The General Plan Update provides an important opportunity for residents and business owners alike to participate in guiding the City’s vision for the future. The Plan addresses a variety of issues including revitalizing key opportunity sites, improving connectivity, maintaining public safety, and accommodating the needs of an aging population. As part of the Update, three different land use alternatives are being considered; all three include designs for the development of a vibrant town center, a flexible mixed-use neighborhood, and transit-oriented housing and services in the Metrolink Station area.
There are two ways to provide feedback:
- Attend the second community workshop on October 19; and
- Take an online survey, accessible via the project website at www.diamondbarGP.com and available October 11 – November 12, 2017.
