City of Walnut Family Festival & Parade!
The fun-filled event held Saturday, October 7 kicked off with a new pedestrian parade, with participants marching into the festival held at Suzanne Park. Superintendent Dr. Robert Taylor and all five Board Members - Dr. Tony Torng, Cindy Ruiz, Larry Redinger, Helen Hall, and Layla Abou-Taleb, represented WVUSD in the community celebration, then joined administrators in the District’s information booth. It was great having so many families, friends, and neighbors stop by and say “hi!”
