Notice of Public Hearing

The Walnut Valley Unified School District Board of Education shall hold a Public Hearing at its regularly scheduled Board of Trustees Meeting on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of taking public comment on, and considering adopting a resolution making certain findings required for approval of: a contract with OpTerra Energy Services, Inc., for the implementation of an energy conservation services agreement for the development of energy conservation facilities in accordance with California Government Code Sections 4217.10 through 4217.18, including findings that the cost to District of the contract will be less than the anticipated marginal cost to the District of thermal, electrical, or other energy that would have been consumed by the District in the absence of the contract and, to consider approval of an agreement in accordance with the Board’s findings.

 

The Board Meeting will take place at the Walnut Valley Unified School District Board Room located at 880 South Lemon Avenue, in the City of Walnut, California.
