To Walnut Valley Families:
We want to make you aware of a data security incident involving Educational Testing Service (ETS), California’s statewide assessment contractor for CAASPP and ELPAC. The incident involved unauthorized access to student information from an ETS-operated file transfer site. WVUSD’s systems were not involved. The information may include student demographics, program participation, and assessment results. The incident did not involve parent or guardian information, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or passwords.
What to expect: ETS is notifying affected students and families and providing identity-protection services at no cost to those affected.
