Soaring Through the School Year with Keys to Success!
Evergreen Elementary kicks off new program

DIAMOND BAR, CA – Evergreen Elementary School held a special assembly on September 30 to introduce Keys to Success, a new school program based on the Attributes for Success.

This research-based plan, developed by the Frostig Center in Pasadena, has identified attributes found in successful students and adults.

During the assembly teachers and Student Council members introduced all six of the Keys to Success: Self-Awareness, Support Systems, Coping Strategies, Perseverance, Proactivity, and Goal Setting.

Classroom teachers will be introducing a new “key” to their students each month.

Evergreen’s new eagle mascot was also introduced at the assembly.  An election to name the new mascot will take place in October.
