WALNUT, CA— The Walnut Valley USD Board of Trustees has appointed Fayroze Mostafa as the new principal at C.J. Morris Elementary School.  

 

Mostafa brings 19 years of educational and administrative experience in her new post.

 

She has served as principal at Anaheim Hills Elementary School in the Orange USD for the past four years.  

 

Prior to that, she was assistant principal at Artesia High School and coordinator of child development in the ABC Unified School District.

 

During her career, Mostafa has taught at every grade level from kindergarten through eighth grade.

 

She has held classroom posts at Willow Elementary School in ABC USD, along with Fairgrove Academy, Grandview School, and Valinda School of Academics in the Hacienda La Puente USD.

 

Mostafa earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton and two master’s degrees from Azusa Pacific University.

 

“I am thrilled to be a part of the Walnut Valley family, and work alongside the talented group of educators at C.J. Morris!” saidMostafa who will take on her new role in late March.

 

She succeeds Shehzad Bhojani who accepted a position as Alliance for Education Coordinator in the San Bernardino County Office of Education.

 

Veteran WVUSD administrator Jackie Brown has served as interim principal since late January.
