District of Choice Program
The District of Choice is an enrollment program that gives parents residing in any district (excluding Rowland, Azusa, and Pomona Unified School District residents) the opportunity to apply for enrollment in the Walnut Valley Unified School District. The application window is October 15 through December 31.

Student Fees
The Constitution of the State of California requires that we provide a public education free of charge.  Students right to a free education is for all school/educational activities, whether curricular or extracurricular, whether students get a grade for the activity or class.  For more information regarding student fees, please click here

F–1 Student Visas (I-20)
Diamond Bar High School (dbhs.wvusd.k12.ca.us) and Walnut High School (whs.wvusd.k12.ca.us), our two award winning high schools, have been authorized by the U.S. Government to issue I-20 forms. Please go to the high school website to learn more about the many programs offered at each of our two schools. Students will only be accepted in grades 9, 10, and 11 based on the completed transcripts and we will not allow students to repeat a completed year of school. WVUSD does not accept students during their senior year. For information regarding international students who are seeking a one-year public high school experience, please click here.
The application period is from March 1 through June 1 for the following school year for any new or
transferring student. 
The application packet must be completed accurately and must be complete (Includes supporting
documents) by the June 1st deadline.  This includes the processing fee and tuition.
