The WVUSD Child Care and Preschool Programs is happy to announce that Summer Camp will be from May 30, 2023 to August 4, 2023, Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (NEW HOURS) 

Summer Camp is divided into two 5-week sessions with onsite and offsite activities and events. 

• Session 1: May 30th to June 30th
• Session 2: July 5th to August 4th

REGISTRATION DATES

Early Bird Registration ($35.00 Registration Fee)*

• April 12th at 9:00 a.m. - Currently enrolled families
• April 17th at 9:00 a.m. - All families

Regular Registration ($50 Registration Fee)*

• Starting May 1st

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Enrollment is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  

1. Pre-register online: 2023 Summer Camp Pre-Registration Form. The form will indicate Waiting List once an enrollment type or session is full. If you would like to add your child to the waiting list, please complete the form. Update - All locations are WAITING LIST ONLY.
2. If space is available, the Child Care Office will reach out via email with instructions on the next steps of your online registration. The Child Care Office will only contact you if space is available.
3. Complete registration through Eleyo (online portal), provide any necessary documents, and remit payment for the registration fee and tuition, if applicable, within five (5) calendar days. An email confirmation will be sent when your enrollment contract is accepted.

*Children must be at least 2 years old. Children 3 years and older must be fully potty-trained for enrollment/continued enrollment.

*This enrollment is only open to students who are attending the WVUSD Summer Academy.
